REFUND, RETURN/EXCHANGE:

We urge you do not accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won't be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can write to us on hello@charmin.in along with the picture of the product. You will receive a Credit Note which you can use to purchase/repurchase the desired products from Charmin.

Credit Notes are not applicable for freebies and discounted products.
